Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave us feeling happier, more relaxed and less anxious. we may also feel better about our appearance and our self when we do hard work, physical activities , exercise  regularly, which can boost our confidence and improve our self-esteem

Ayurveda believes five basic elements Pancamahabhutas manifest in the human body as three basic humours known as tridosas(Vata,Pitta and Kapha). These three govern creation,maintenance and destruction of bodily tissues as well as the assimilation and elimination.</p>
